Simplify & Reset™ · The Partnership

Grow the business you built, without it all resting on you

Simplify & Reset™ is my four-phase method for established online business owners who sell through launches. We start from the launch you have already run and change one part of the business at a time, so your launches hold, your team carries more of the work and you lead with room in your week. The Partnership is the method in full: six months, one to one, with me beside you.

Where most women are when they find me

From the outside, it looks easy

From the outside your business looks like the dream. You work from home, the launches sell and the people around you see the freedom. What they do not see is the mental load that comes with it: every decision that still lands on you, the next launch you are already carrying in your head before it has started, and the pressure you put on yourself because nobody else holds the standard the way you do.

So you figure it out on your own, because that is how it has always worked. Somewhere along the way you picked up the idea that success has to hurt to count, and that when it feels hard, the answer is to work harder.

In my clients’ words, before we started

“It works well, but it still feels very messy every day.”

“I always run multiple projects at the same time, no matter what I try to do. It’s like, always say yes to so many things.”

“What can be hard for me is knowing the priorities, what to do next.”

I see it differently. Hard work got you here, and the next level asks for a different structure rather than more effort. You are allowed to keep growing and to enjoy what you have already built, because success does not have to hurt to count.

“You can build an ambitious business and live a full life at the same time, but only when you stop building on autopilot and start building on purpose.”

Why I start with your launch

Your launch already showed you where the business is holding, and where it rests on you

Every launch is a stress test of the whole business, and in a few intense weeks it shows where the structure holds and where everything still waits for you. So I read your launch for what it revealed rather than for how to make the next one bigger, and we remove before we add, because a business with room to breathe makes better decisions than one that is always catching up.

“You will pay either with revenue, or you will pay with your time and energy. We will always pay. And in the end, we decide what has more value for us.”

Something I tell clients early on

The method

How the six months unfold

Four phases in a fixed order, because each one creates what the next one needs and nothing gets built on top of a leak. In real life they overlap: each takes about six weeks, a launch is usually running alongside, and you will often work on two phases in the same month, at your own pace.

Phase 1

See It Clearly

Do you know what actually happened last time?

You stop guessing. We read your last launch and the whole backend honestly, often for the first time: what sold, what it cost you and where everything still waited for you. From then on, decisions come from the numbers rather than from how the week felt.

You leave this phase with

  • A complete picture of where the business stands
  • An annual calendar and your twelve-month focus
  • Your top three strategic priorities

Phase 2

Stop the Bleed

What is draining you faster than it is growing you?

You get room to breathe. Before anything new is built, we take away what has grown around the business: open carts that run for weeks, evening sessions, live calls and bonuses nobody needs, access that never ends and offers that no longer earn their place. Sometimes that means leaving a little money on the table on purpose, because not all money is worth the work it costs.

You leave this phase with

  • Fewer things on your plate
  • At least one manual process gone for good
  • The first real sense of space

Phase 3

Build the Container

Can your business run without you in every chair?

Your team stops waiting for you. One document per launch that you reuse every year, the work you repeat most written down and handed over, a launch calendar with buffers, and a team that knows who to ask, because it cannot always be you.

You leave this phase with

  • A launch roadmap used in a real launch
  • Two processes documented and delegated
  • A full day off without anything important stalling

Phase 4

Lead From the Front

Is your revenue model built for the next level?

You become the CEO of your business rather than its busiest employee. Prices you can hold, an offer suite that sells without your daily attention, selling between launches, and a rhythm of selling that suits your life, whether that is launches or something steadier.

You leave this phase with

  • Revenue in the rhythm you chose for this season
  • A clear next step behind every offer
  • The confidence to decide quickly, because the foundation holds

How the decisions come back to you

Two climbers, one rope

I think of the Partnership as a rope team. You climb your own mountain, and I am on the same rope. On the steep, unfamiliar ground at the start I carry more of the weight: you usually arrive tired of deciding everything, so I go ahead where the route is unclear and tell you what not to do this week.

As the structure takes hold, the lead comes back to you. By the end you make the decisions yourself, with clarity, and I am your sounding board. That is deliberate, and I say it openly from the start: the goal is that you do not need me, because the point of the work is you leading your business.

A rope climbing from the bottom left to the top right. In month one I am ahead of you, in month three we climb side by side, and in month six you lead.

The Partnership

What the six months include

Every call starts from what you need that day. Sometimes you need a question, sometimes an answer, so I ask when the answer is already in you, share what I did where I have stood in your place and give you a clear recommendation when you need one. The decision always stays yours.

  • An onboarding video, an intake and access to your toolswe start from your real business rather than a template
  • Your twelve-month focus, set out at the startevery month’s decisions fit the year you actually want
  • A 90-minute strategy call every month on Zoomthis month’s decisions, made with someone who sees the whole picture
  • WhatsApp or Slack, with a reply within one working day from Monday to Thursday, usually fasteryou are not alone with the real decisions between calls, messy messages are welcome and over the months you start bringing your own answer first
  • Both of you, if you run the business with a partnertogether and on your own, so you decide from the same page
  • A 90-minute deep work session every quarterwe step back together: what changed, what comes next and whether the year still fits
  • Support around your launchespreparation, launch-week questions and a second pair of eyes on the numbers
  • A decision together at the end of the six monthscontinue, pause or close the chapter, with no pressure either way

“Maybe I already know the solution, I just need to hear it from you… It helps me to make decisions quicker, so that it doesn’t absorb so much of my capacity.”

A client, about our messages between calls

In my clients’ words

What changes when the structure holds

Your business stays ambitious, and leading it starts to feel good again: steadier, lighter and, in my clients’ own words, fun.

A client, looking back on the year

“I have found a new joy in the business. I really love my job now.”

Over the year we removed before adding, moved the preparation months ahead and handed the work to a team she learned to trust, so the business she loves no longer needs her in every chair.
On leading

“I’m the CEO in my business.”

On the work

“I don’t feel like it’s draining me. It feels fun.”

On planning ahead

“It’s July and we’re ready… this never happened before.”

Before

“My energy is like, please don’t come, because I will have more work to do.”

After

“And now I feel welcome, because it doesn’t matter how many people will be there.”

About her own participants, once she had changed what she answers herself
Before

“Every decision that I have to take adds up stress.”

After

“Actually, I feel lighter now that it’s all decided.”

About deciding, a year apart
Before

“I don’t find the systems tricky because I don’t have any systems.”

After

“I feel very structured, and I know what to prioritise.”

Why me

I have run the structures I now help you build

Before I read anyone’s launch, I spent twenty years running things: teams, stores, operations and launches, in businesses where a wrong call cost real money and a right one had to hold through launch week. So when I look at your launch, I see the structure under it, and when I look at you, I see the person that structure depends on.

  • Twenty years of leadership across corporate and online business, starting with a fitness studio I took over at nineteen
  • Seven and a half years and four promotions at KIKO Milano, leading more than 300 people across Switzerland, Germany and Austria and opening more than 100 stores with my teams
  • From client to Chief Operating Officer of a multi-seven-figure European online business education company, including the operational execution of a launch worth more than USD 2 million
  • More than 1,500 entrepreneurs coached along the way
  • A current Precision Nutrition certification in sleep, stress and recovery coaching, and two decades in fitness and health
  • English and German, with clients across Scandinavia, Central Europe and the DACH region

And on 6 December 2023, at the start of a big launch, I learned what happens when you never build that structure for yourself. Simplify & Reset™ is what I built on the other side.

Is it right for you?

Who the Partnership is for

It is for you if

  • You have run your online business for two years or more, usually between CHF 60K and CHF 400K+ a year, and you sell through launches or regular campaigns
  • Your launches work, and still everything comes back to you
  • You have a small team or a few trusted freelancers
  • You want the business to keep growing and to stop resting on you
  • You are ready for something to shift, including letting go of things you have carried for a long time

It is probably not the right fit yet if

  • You have not launched yet or are still shaping your first offer, in which case my Journal is the better start, and the Launch Fit Check is there after your first launch
  • You are looking for launch tactics or someone to run your tech
  • You would rather someone else made the decisions for you

Questions about the method and the Partnership

How is this different from coaching or a mastermind?

Coaching usually works on how you think, and a course or a mastermind gives you a process to follow on your own. The Partnership works on the structure of your specific business, one to one: the offers, the roles, the systems, the calendar and your own capacity. I do ask coaching questions when they help, and the decisions always stay yours.

What if I have very little capacity left right now?

Many women arrive with more on their plate than anyone should carry. I read that as a sign that the business has outgrown its structure, so the first phases take things away before we build anything new. Everything we plan is sized to the time and energy you actually have.

How soon will I notice a difference?

Often within the first weeks. Two weeks in, one client told me that the structure around her business was already changing. Space comes early because the first two phases are about seeing and removing rather than adding. The structural changes take longer, and they are the ones that keep holding once the six months are over.

What happens after the six months?

At the end we sit down together and decide whether to continue, pause or close the chapter, with no pressure either way. When clients continue, it is usually because the questions have become bigger: growing the team on purpose, building revenue that runs without them, or the next offer.

Can I start with something smaller?

Yes. The Launch Debrief is Phase 1 in practice, one launch read in full with you, and if you book the Partnership within fourteen days of receiving your debrief, the Debrief fee is credited.
