If you have read the method page and something in it landed, but you are still not sure whether six months of one to one work is the right next step, this is the conversation for that.
The thing is, most people who hesitate here are not hesitating about the work itself. They hesitate because they have already paid for support that did not change very much, or because they suspect that what actually needs to shift is larger than a funnel or a launch plan, and they are not certain they are ready to look at it. Half an hour is enough to find out.
I start by asking what would make this half hour worth your time, and then I mostly listen. We talk about where the business stands now, what brought you to the call, and what good support would look like from your side. I will also ask you to look six months ahead and describe how you would know the work had been worth it. Towards the end I tell you plainly whether I think I can help, what the work would look like for your business in particular, and when we could begin.
You will not be asked to decide on the call. I do ask how you are feeling by then, and whether anything is still open for you, because a doubt is far easier to talk about while we are both still here. After that you sit with it. I ask people to come back to me in around twenty-four hours, either with their questions or with their answer, and nothing arrives in your inbox in between.
The Partnership is CHF 2,000 a month for six months. I mention it here so that the number is not a surprise halfway through a conversation.
Pick a time below. There is nothing to prepare, and it helps if you arrive with a rough sense of what the last twelve months have looked like from the inside.
Yes, and I have done. Sometimes the kind of support someone is looking for is a different shape from the support I give, sometimes the investment is not right for where the business stands yet, and sometimes someone is not ready to let go of the things that would have to go. None of that is a judgement about the person, and I would rather say it on a free call than six months into a partnership. Keep in mind that this works in both directions, and you are as free to reach that conclusion as I am.
We sign an agreement, and then you receive access to an onboarding video and the intake form. That form asks a great deal, and some of it is quite personal, because the answers become the baseline for everything that follows. After that I ask for access to the tools and systems we will be working with, since in my experience a good part of the early relief comes from simplifying those. We also agree where the day to day conversation happens, usually Slack or WhatsApp, because things move faster when there is one clear channel.
We move through the four phases of the method, and I walk you through what each phase means for your business in particular. A launch is usually part of it, because a launch shows very quickly where the structure holds and where it sits heavily on your shoulders. Along the way we look at what gives you energy and what drains it, which is genuinely different for every person, and that shapes how the business gets rebuilt around you. Although the partnership runs for six months, we frame the business focus for the next twelve, because a decision made in month two still has to make sense in month ten.
Both, and I think that is part of why it holds. You are the person the business runs on, so your capacity is treated as part of the structure rather than as something outside it. I am a certified health coach as well as a consultant, and where it makes sense I will bring suggestions about your own rhythm and workload alongside the strategic ones. You decide what you take up.
The most useful preparation is knowing what support actually means for you, and whether that matches what I am offering. This is a change process, and change tends to feel unsettled at the beginning, sometimes even messy. Something has to be set down before something else can take its place, and there is usually a moment where the familiar version of the business quietly pulls you back towards it. In my experience the people who get the most from this are the ones who arrive willing for something to shift. If you always open the same door, you will end up in the same room.
If that answers it, the times are just above. Not read the Simplify & Reset™ page yet? Start there.
