Governing Law: The contractual relationship between you and Natalie Hewett Business Consulting shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Place of Jurisdiction: The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions, or any contractual relationship between the parties, shall be the registered place of business of Natalie Hewett Business Consulting in Zurich, Switzerland.
Fallback for Enforceability: In the event that the choice of applicable law or the designated place of jurisdiction is not enforceable or valid in a particular jurisdiction, the parties agree that any disputes shall be governed to the maximum extent permissible under Swiss law. Furthermore, in such a case, jurisdiction shall be limited to the courts geographically closest to the registered place of business of Natalie Hewett Business Consulting that are competent to hear such disputes.
