The Not-So-Short Version
I started managing a fitness studio at 19. Hired my first team. Learned how to motivate people, fix bottlenecks, and think like a business owner.
Then came the corporate chapter: retail management for Kiko Milano. I rose from Store Manager to Retail Director for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Opened new markets. Built and led teams. Navigated the joy (and politics) of scaling fast.
Then came my son—and everything changed.
The schedule, the travel, the pressure? It wasn’t sustainable.
So I pivoted. I went fully self-employed. First as a health coach, then as a behind-the-scenes strategist and COO in the online business space. I helped lead a 7-figure launch, scaled global teams, and saw firsthand what really holds businesses back. (And let’s just say—it’s not the algorithm.)
Eventually, I hit my own wall. My health collapsed. And I realised: I’m not here to build someone else’s empire. I’m here to build my own—and help other women do the same, on their terms.
That’s why I created NH Business Consulting.
