I started managing a fitness studio at 19. I hired my first team and learned how to motivate people, fix bottlenecks, and think like a business owner.
Then came the corporate chapter: retail management for Kiko Milano. I rose from Store Manager to Retail Director for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Opened new markets. Built and led teams of over 300 people. I navigated the joy (and politics) of scaling fast!
Then came my son... and everything changed.
The schedule, the travel, the pressure? It wasn’t sustainable.
So I pivoted. I went fully self-employed. First as a health coach, then a behind-the-scenes strategist and then a COO in the online business space. I helped lead 7-figure launches, scaled global teams, and saw firsthand what really holds businesses - and female entrepreneurs - back.
Eventually, I hit my own wall. My health collapsed. And I realised: I’m not here to build someone else’s empire. I’m here to build my own - and help other women do the same, on their terms.
