A fifteen-minute fit call

Is the Launch Debrief right for you?

If you have read the Debrief page and something in it landed, but you are still not sure it is meant for you, this is the conversation for that.

The thing is, most founders who hesitate here are not hesitating because the Debrief sounds wrong. They hesitate because they are not sure their last launch was bad enough to deserve it, or good enough to be worth taking apart, or because the last free call they booked turned out to be forty minutes of someone selling to them. All three are fair, and none of them need to be worked out alone.

What happens in fifteen minutes

You tell me where the business is right now and what the last launch felt like from the inside, and I listen for whether what you are describing is structural, because that is the only kind of problem the Debrief is built to read. If it is, I tell you so, and you decide in your own time. If it is not, I tell you that just as plainly, and you leave with a clearer sense of what would actually serve you, even if it is nothing I offer.

What does not happen

I do not read your launch in fifteen minutes, because doing that properly is the work of the Debrief itself. And there is no pitch at the end, because a Debrief you were talked into is worth less than one you chose.

Pick a time below. There is nothing to prepare, so come as you are, with the last launch fresh enough to describe.

Not read the Launch Debrief page yet? Start there.
