The work is structural consulting, not coaching, and it is one-to-one. We read your launches as diagnostic stress tests and rebuild the structure underneath, so the business runs on the architecture we build together instead of running on you.

What it is

A self-scoring assessment that maps your business across six structural areas and shows you which phase of Simplify & Reset your business needs most, right now. You score your business honestly and your lowest single score tells you exactly where your business is silently draining your energy, time, and capacity. It takes five minutes, there is no sales call, and the seven-email follow-up sequence is designed to teach, not to sell.

The Launch Debrief

What it is

A 90-minute deep-dive call plus a written diagnostic document that names the two or three structural issues underneath your last launch and tells you whether Simplify & Reset is the right continuation. The CHF 750 is credited against your first month of the Partnership if you sign within 14 days of debrief delivery. It is designed to be the start of the work, not a separate purchase.

The VIP Intensive

What it is

A full day of focused strategic work on one defined challenge — an upcoming launch, a team restructure, an offer redesign, or a strategic decision you need to make in the next 90 days. In person in Zurich or virtually, you leave with the clarity, the decisions made, and the next steps documented. Primarily for alumni of the Partnership or external buyers who arrive with a concrete project.
